| Love this series. LOVE. This. Series. It's fun. It's sweet. Did I mention it was fun? Henry and Titti manages to convey so much in so little space. It's that one line. . . and no, I'm not spoiling it. You're just going to have to read it. Hehehe | ||||
| "Bitter Strands" . . . I have to say this is a fic in it's own category. It's dark, insightful, and leads the imagination down some seriously screwy paths. Beth theorizes a little about Lex's psyche and comes to some disturbing conclusions. While Clark and Lex are only mentioned in this story, it delves into their relationship. And Lionel Luthor? He makes me shudder. I loved him in this one! | ||||
| This one. . . this one is fun. While "Dusted" was intense, "Clark's Folly" is just a bit of fluff and fun. And poor Lex (not!), he just keeps getting ambushed by Clark. This time, in an outdoor hot tub. Oh yeah, poor Lex. Can you feel my sympathy just rolling off in waves for him? Nah, didn't think y'all could. (eg) | ||||
| Woah, Henry covers just about everything under the sun with this series! A great series in which we really do all the components of love. From familial to romantic to friendship. A great series because it's so . . . real. Not over the top Drama or Poor baby . . . it's just . . . real. And quite enjoyable. . .and the ending? Hilarious. Naughty boy. Very naughty boy. Hehehehe . . . can't figure out who I'm talking about . . . Clark, Lex, or Henry! (eg) | ||||
| Another dark fic. . . beautifully done. And as much as I love how they got rid of Victoria in the show ("If sleeping with me was business, Victoria, you know what that makes you, right?") , Andariel presents an equally riveting ending for Victoria. Riveting. Definitely the word for this fic. It also cries for a sequel. Sobs, really. | ||||
| Brenda Antrim . . . she is a writing goddess. And "Dusted"? Well, it's intense. Clark gets into a dusted form of Kryptonite (hence the title) and has a really interesting . . . dream. Only, it turns out to be more reality than dreaming. And from there, it only gets better. (eg) | ||||
| This one is just fun. A lot of people forget that Lex is only 21. He might be legal for everything, and he might have done everything under the sun, but he's still only 21. And in this fic, you see the younger side of him. The kid that's still lurking behind Big Bad Lex Luthor. The kid that just wanted to have normal friends and be a normal kid. Not the heir to an empire. | ||||
| This one is, as short as it is, visceral. You can feel Lex. And then you cry for him. It's short, read it, okay? | ||||
| In this story, I love how Lex finds out about Clark's powers. I also love his reaction. And there's really no slash in this one. . . just . . . innuendoes. And friendship. Lots of friendship. Love it. | ||||
| Intense. It's so damn short, but intense. It struck a chord in me. And I loved it. But be warned, there is a death of a major character in this one. But, please, please, please don't let that put you off. Beautifully done, hitting you in the heart. Beautiful. | ||||
| Clark. Lex. Trapped car in snowbank. Body heat. Oh yeah, body heat. I love this story because of Lex. He's just so . . . Lex. Yeah, yeah, I know, doesn't tell you much, right? Well, it's just that I can't quite put my finger on it, to tell you the truth. It's just that this story is written perfectly and to change a single word would be a crime. It's funny, sweet, and sexy. What more could a girl ask for? (g) | ||||
| This one. . . this one is intense. But it's intensity is intermingled with streams of consciousness. . . it's like she giving you breaks before she hits you with the heavy stuff. And damn, is it heavy. And, oh yeah, screams for a sequel. | ||||
| Okay, as far as I'm concerned, anyone with eyes can tell what a hottie Clark Kent is. Shelly thinks the same way, and that's what she talks about in "Perfect 10". When the girls of Smallville High start rating the guys, guess who gets a perfect score? This story is a fun piece that just makes you drool. God bless TW's parents for birthing such a beautiful baby boy. Hmm. . . wonder if there are any more like him at home? (eg) Note: This story can't be found on any of the archives. If you'd like to read it, either email me or Shelly and one of us will send you a copy. |

| Clark has sex. Clark has a lot of sex. Hehehe. This one I love for the sheer fun of it. Te's OFC is sexy and the perfect person to induct Clark into the sexual world. And Lex? Well, Lex is the perfect person to continue Clark's sex ed classes. . . . | ||||
| Voyeurism. It's one of those things that has to be handle very well, otherwise, it gets weird. LaT does it perfectly. Lionel's reactions to finding Clark and Lex together are so perfectly conflicting. . . I love it. And she humanized Lionel really well. You see the hardnose bastard, but also, the regretful father. | ||||
| This one . . . this one punches you right in the gut. Lex in this story. . . damn, Lex is emotional, but still every inch a Luthor. This is a story that demands a sequel. And yes, Henry's hinted at one. And as far as I'm concerned, it can't be soon enough! | ||||
| This is a crossover event . . . with my personal favorite superhero, Batman. I like this fic because it's dark, angsty, and well-written. The characters, I think, are dead-on. But as I said, dark. Poor Bruce. | ||||
| I love this story. There is some GREAT dialogue and interaction between the characters. . . and there's a happy ending! I really liked how Dayspring meshed "Smallville" CLex with "LoisandClark" Clark/Lex/Lois. Did I mention I like happy endings? (g) | ||||
| (snicker) Another fun piece. | ||||
| I love this story for the fun of it. Clark teases Lex and Lex gets him back. Oh, and Clark sings! Personally, I have no idea if TW can sing or not, but imagine him looking at you from under that hair and singing from his depths. Yeah, that's why I like this fic. And of yeah, can soooo see Clark as a natural tease. (g) | ||||
| This is Henry's take on what might have happened in "Cool" if a) Clark had shown up in the mansion, and b) if the Kents had taken Lex up on his business offer. I love this story because of Clark. He's so damn practical . . . as are his parents. The story will make you smile. | ||||
| Clark, Lex, limo. And the following paraphrased phrases: "Clark?" "Yeah, Lex?" "I really want to suck you off." Okay, yeah, how can you go wrong with any of that? (eg) Seriously, the Spike is an incredible writer . . . the sheer relentless pace of the story . . . the sheer sexiness of it. Incredible. And, she's promised another story in the series. So please, read them, write her, and beg her for the next one! | ||||
| This was just a fun series of stories. Great for a pick me up. (g) | ||||
| Okay, yeah, new category. I put this story in the category of "sexy" because that's what it is. I mean, there's no sex at all in this . . . and to be truthful, sex or anything sexual, might have ruined this story. It's a short, but somehow intense, piece. Some might say that this piece was frivolous, but not me. I loved it. |
